10/27/12 - Mobile Appointments in Hampton Roads

I will be in the Hampton Roads area on 10/27/12 and will be doing mobile appointments from 7am - 11pm. There are a few slots available so book fast. They will be filled on a first come first serve basis. I will be offering a $15 flat fee for mobile service in the Hampton Roads area for Saturday ONLY. I will still maintain the highest level of professionalism and offer the same quality service as I do in the salon.

I will let you know the cost and if the slot is available. A $15 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling to hold your slot; this will go towards your appointment cost. Styles For Grades Program Coming to #804

My Styles For Grades program is being re-designed for the Richmond City, Henrico County and Chesterfield County area schools.

Allow your child's report card to gain them savings toward beauty and style. PLEASE check availability and book online at http://stylesbysheba.genbook.com or call for availability. See terms for the program below.

The program is open to all Richmond City, Henrico County and Chesterfield County public and private school students grades K-12 who make Honor or Scholar Roll for the current quarter; must receive letter grades A-E/F. Home schooled students ARE NOT eligible for participation. Male/female students are eligible for discounts on hairstyles, braids, or haircuts, not exceeding the value of the service and up to $25.00. Each student is eligible for one discount per quarter. It is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other discounts (Weekly Specials, special holiday discounts or business/association discounts) and is not valid towards mobile or appointment fees. Each student MUST bring their report card for validity. A certificate printed by the school is not acceptable without the current report card.

For the quarterly discount, the discount must be used in one service. If the total value is not used with that service, the remaining value is void. The value does not roll over like the Presidential Program. There are specific expiration dates for each quarter.

Discounts are as follows:

$5 per A
$3 per B
$1 per C

At the end of the school year, any student who has maintained Honor/Scholar Roll for all 4 quarters is eligible to receive a $50 credit (Presidential Program). The "Presidential Program" credit will be given instead of the 4th quarter discount for eligible students. This credit will not have to be used in one appointment like the quarterly discount. It will present like a gift certificate. MUST bring in final report card. In order to be eligible for the Presidential Program, the initial redemption must be made between 6/17/13 - 8/24/13. If the initial service is not completed by the deadline, the student will lose the entire value of the certificate.

Presidential Program Period June 17, 2013 - August 24, 2013 (must redeem initial credit within this time period / does not expire once activated)

Back In Business!!!

After a brief hiatus and relocation to a new area, I will be back to work beginning on October 1, 2012. I will be working at Vonda's Hair Studio at 302 E. Grace Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Online scheduling has been reopened at http://stylesbysheba.genbook.com. The "Styles For Grades" program will be redesigned for the Richmond City, Henrico County and Chesterfield County areas, pending communication with each area's schools. I also have taken the time to obtain my Barber's Instructor's License and will begin teaching for the professionals! Details to come.

First, I would like to say thank you, thank you, thank you to all of my past and present clients in Hampton Roads, VA. It has been a pleasure working with you all. Effective, July 27, 2012, I will no longer be working at Back To Life Unisex Barber and Braid Shop. I will be returning to Richmond, VA and starting there as a licensed instructor, braider, barber and stylist!

I will frequently return to the area to do mobile appointments. Dates will be announced!
